| | Art Consortium Gallery in Portand Maine agrees to Count Coup! Art Consortium Gallery in Portand, ME, has agreed to an exhibition version of Counting Coup/Undo at a date to be announced in the future, as soon as all arrangements and publicity issues can be arranged. Consortium is a group of artists and performers in the Portland area who formed the gallery in January. The director, Pam Stockwell, who had been an artist and Gallery Director in New York, moved to Maine five years ago. We will try to get the show up in time for the summer season. when there is a tremendouos influx of tourists, students and summer residents. The gallery , which is just off Congress St., is in the central shopping and museum area of the city. Ms. Stockwell believes that the educated, youthful population of the city would be ripe for an exhibition that joins political and avant-garde art. The gallery has about 750 sq.Feet of viewing space, so the smalls works version of the show would work best .
